Not long ago, a trader fren reached out to me for help. At that time, his account only had 15,000 USDT left, and he was in a rather awkward situation – although he could see the market trends, he was unable to make a profit.

This fren does not lack the understanding of choosing the right cryptocurrency, nor does he misjudge the overall direction. His problem lies in his indecision at critical moments, often opting to exit just when the market is about to take off. Every time he sees the price rise by 5%, he worries about a pullback and hurriedly leaves the market; however, when he looks back, the main upward wave has already taken off, leaving him regretting in place.

I asked him: "Did you come to this market to take a gamble, or do you want to make stable profits?"

He pondered for a moment and replied: "I hope to make steady progress and achieve a substantial profit."

I told him that it is achievable, but the prerequisite is that he must agree on one point: in trading, rhythm is more important than any other factor.

Our goal is not to pursue speculative gambling for huge profits, but to achieve steady growth through orderly position management:

Only enter the market after confirming the trend, always maintain a cautious initial position, increase the position only when in profit, strictly implement stop-loss strategies, and at the same time, learn to let go and allow profits to grow, letting the market develop naturally.

So, we started with 15,000 USDT, and every transaction was both restrained and decisive.

In the first two weeks, we focused on the Ethereum ecosystem, achieving stable returns. As the account grew to 30,000 USDT, this fren's confidence also increased. Next, we shifted our attention to artificial intelligence and infrastructure concepts, positioning ourselves in advance. When hot funds began to flow in, our profits grew rapidly like a snowball.

On the most amazing day, we increased our position during a pullback, and the profit directly reached 1.2 times. The strong rise for two consecutive days made him feel somewhat unreal as he watched his account balance surge. In the end, we successfully grew 15,000 USDT to 120,000 USDT, all achieved through a well-thought-out strategy, without taking risks or going all-in.

When I asked him how he felt now, he said: "In the past, I was always led by the market; now I feel like I am guiding the direction of the market."

This is the core meaning of rhythm trading: not passively chasing the market, but actively grasping the market rhythm.
